The second Performance Lecture of the festival features the stellar talents of ANAM Saxophonist Luke Carbon, working with 2016 BIFEM guest composer José Miguel Fernández on electronics. Fernández’s rich, dynamic composition practice is defined by a breathtakingly rare aestheticisation of integrated live electronics. Luke Carbon is a young musician with broad musical talents whose perspective will bring fresh insight to the very popular Performance Lecture series.
