Lily-Marlene Puusepp is one Finland's first names in contemporary harp. Completing her master’s degree under Marjatta Haahti at the Sibelius Academy in 2005, she is currently pursuing an artistic doctoral degree at the academy and also works as a departmental assistant in the Academy's DocMus unit.
Puusepp has performed in numerous festivals, such as Helsinki Musica Nova and Viitasaari Time of Music, and as a soloist with ensembles such as Avanti! Chamber Orchestra and the Ostrobotnian Chamber Orchestra.
Puusepp performs on a Lyon & Healy Style 23 concert harp, acquired via grants from the Finnish Cultural Foundation, the Alfred Kordelin Foundation and the Sibelius Academy. She also plays an electro-acoustic Lyon & Healy Style 2000 concert harp.
